Approved applicants must sign the lease within 48 hours. $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Pet screening is required. A one-time $150 admin fee is due upon application approval. The security deposit is due at lease signing, and the first month's rent must be received at least 5 business days prior to move-in. Required Tenant Benefit Package is $29/month.
